Shipping:
All orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. Once we’ve finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has been shipped. We ship to all U.S states and territories.

International Shipping
We will happily ship overseas. However, there will be an additional charge to cover duty and taxes. You will be notified of this additional charge.

Return Policy
We know you will love what you have ordered from Birdie, but if something does not work out: Birdie will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Simply follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit. Your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. We will send you an e-mail confirming your return has been processed. You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable methods. Exchange Policy
Simply follow the directions on the back of your packing slip and not that you would like an exchange stating the new size you are requesting. You will be notified via e-mail if we were able to process the exchange. If the exchange cannot be fulfilled you will be notified.
